Tracking:

At this point in time there is no tracking available, because your order will be sent the old fashioned way as standard letter mail. This helps to keep the postage costs low :)

Refunds:

If your order does not arrive, please contact me via email at info.ateliernoamaria@gmail.com , I will be happy to refund you for this trouble! Please note that it can take some time for your order to arrive, especially if you are located outside of Europe.

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds for incorrectly entered adresses.
